We advise on matters relating to employer and employee relationships especially in relations to employments contracts, disputes mitigation and management, dismissals and terminations, redundancies, employee’s rights and employment claims. Further, we ensure and indeed offer advisories on matters to do with disciplinary actions. We also co-ordinate with employers and trade unions and generally participate and advise on drafting of Collective Bargaining Agreements.
